Ian is an avid rock climber and a patient hiker always searching for an undiscovered trail in the forests in and around central Kenya.

Linus has a deep capacity to interact with people in a relaxed and supportive way; whilst still making sure that they emerge from a program ready to deliver new learning’s and benefits to their organisation. In the learning space, he has become a force to be reckoned with in the banking sector.
Linus has a degree in Business Information Technology and an MBA (HRM) and is a Certified Highlands Ability Battery Facilitator. His vision for learning is a completely open space where skills and capabilities can be learned on the job in real time.
Maryann embodies the name of our advisory arm ‘Bridging the Gap’ which she formally leads. She oversees all client relationships and resourcing solutions. She has the knack for ‘listening all in” and understanding what people really need.
With her logical, pragmatic way of thinking she wears both the hat of a logistician and a lead facilitator. With over eighteen years of experience, she brings a presence to any interaction that inspires confidence and professionalism.
Maryann is passionate about gender parity and helping women to build confidence in the workplace while still appreciating and supporting their male colleagues.
She holds an MSc in Business Studies and is a JVR Academy Facilitator.

Rachael is a dynamic executive business coach and team effectiveness specialist with extensive international experience. She has built deep experience in strength-based, future-focused transformational business coaching, authentic leadership development, female empowerment, culture improvement and strategic thinking partnering.
Rachael has over 20 years of experience working with senior and emerging leaders in Europe and Africa. She strongly believes on building sustainable change for organisations
She holds a BA (Econ) Hons from Manchester University and an MAPD from Westminster Business School. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds the Advanced Business Coaching Certificate from the Gordon Institute of Business in South Africa. Rachael is also a qualified Mindfulness Practitioner. She is the founder and CEO of Chrysalis Plc.
Ciarán Beary is a specialist in organisational development and learning with a keen interest in leadership development, conflict resolution, culture change and facilitation. He is a skilled facilitator, coach, and trainer and is a professionally qualified counsellor and executive coach.
For the past 30 years, he has worked on many global assignments in both the public and private sectors.
He has a BA Hons, Social Psychology and Diploma’s in Applied Social Studies, Counselling and Executive Coaching. Ciarán is licensed to teach Situational Leadership solutions. He is also a global authority on the Extended DISC Assessment System. Ciarán is co-author of a book entitled Facilitating (Gower 1995). He is a visiting lecturer and supervisor at the Universities of Limerick and Middlesex.
Pauline is an HR Professional with over 25 years multi-sectoral HR leadership experience culminating in HR directorships at large organizations.
She currently leads Talentgurus@254, shortlisted as one of the top 100 most promising startups in East Africa under the Global One Million that are working to achieve the UN SDGs. She is committed to helping organisations and individuals unleash their true potential.
