Impact

We partnered the internet services division of a large telco to build a focused growth strategy in 2017. The success of the strategy lay in the team’s ability to de-prioritize resource allocation to certain areas of the business, and re-prioritize resources to big moves. By sticking with this strategy they achieved a 22% growth in market share over a two-year period.


Delivering a ‘cultegy’ solution to a regional corporate and investment banking team in mid-2018 saw this division embed a winning culture combined with a focused growth client strategy which generated significant revenue growth in the following year.


We co-created a fresh strategy with a young management team at an automative brand. Clarity and commitment around aspirations, strategic priorities, thematic goals and must wins led to comprehensive execution plans which were tracked and monitored over the following year. We have proudly observed that despite the difficulties brought about by the recent pandemic, over 65% of all strategic initiatives are progressing on target.
